Real leather 3 piece suite

Description

Pale pastel green real leather 3 seater sofa designed to look like a 2 seater. Measuring 210cm x 100cm x 80cm with seat height being at 45cm.

A single armchair measuring 108cm x 98cm x 94cm with seat height at approx 45cm.

Both the sofa and armchair have removeable backs and seat cushions. To the rear of these cushions it is fabric and are held in place by velcro strips.

A single electric recliner in full working order. While this is entirely comfortable as it is I would suggest purchasing an extra foam layer to fit in underneath as part of the rear corner sponge has broken away. Its easy to fit as it is held in place by metal strips so nothing requires removal to add a piece in for extra comfort.
The wire is quite long and it reclines by a button to the side of the chair.

This does have scratch marks and general wear and tear however is in really good condition. There are a few claw marks from a cat however we resolved the cat clawing attraction as they do seem to like leather and no major damage.

This is NOT a faux leather therefore please note if you were purchasing this style new it would be well over a couple of thousand. Many smaller basic leather suites are over a thousand pound brand new.
