Oak Furniture Land Fern Blue Velour Sofa + Grey Sofabed Footstool
Dinnington, South Yorkshire
1 / 19
Description
Selling our Oak Furniture Land Fern 3-seater sofa in blue velour, originally purchased new in 2022 for £1,199.
Dimensions:
Width: 192cm
Depth: 92cm
Height: 90cm
The sofa is in excellent condition and has been very well looked after. It is regularly hoovered and cleaned and has always been used with throws to protect the upholstery.
We do have pets in the home, but I work in the furniture industry and understand how to properly care for and clean upholstery. Despite being used, the sofa presents beautifully.
Also included is the grey footstool, which can be used as a footrest, an extension to create a chaise-style sofa, or converted into a guest bed. It has never been used as a bed.
Selling only because we are upgrading to a recliner sofa. There is nothing wrong with either item, and both have been well cared for.
Available for immediate collection from S25.
Offers welcome, but please be realistic. Collection and transport to be arranged by the buyer.
