Description
It’s been really well looked after since purchase.
Smoke free home. There may be some remnants of cat hair but have done my best to remove.
Used by one responsible adult.
Not sure of the exact fabric but it has a linen look and described as tweedy blend.
The cushion covers are machine washable. The frame has light signs of use & it’s moved house a few times so light marks that should easily lift.
It was kept in storage for 6 months during 2022 which is where it acquired the stain (see photos).

Collection from BH51BP - it will easily exit the building and there is a lift but you will need to remove it yourself.
