Hay Hackney Sofa

Description

We have two of these amazingly comfy, generous three-seater Hay Sofas (model: Hackney), and have decided to let one of them go to make some space.

The dimensions (cm) are:

W 252
D 96
H 76

The cushions are feather-filled, and the back and sides come off easily for transport (although you’d never guess given how sturdy it is!).

The material is Kvadrat Steelcut Trio 3, 90% New Wool (Worsted), 10% Nylon.

The Weave is an innovative three-dimensional weave designed by Frans Dijkmeijer. It uses three differently colored yarns (in our case, dark blue, a lighter blue, and a white/grey) to create a surface that looks like a grid of "small pyramids" or "steel points.
Durability: It is extremely hard-wearing with a Martindale rating of 100,000 rubs!

To be perfectly honest, so you have fair expectations, it’s a little faded, nevertheless, and most importantly, it’s in perfect condition structurally and a dream to sit or snooze on.

Re the fading, the cushion covers are removable and can be washed, I intend to wash our remaining ones in the machine with some colour matched Dylon for a quick, cost effective spruce up, and you could do the same :)

We have a smoke and pet free home and have never allowed food in this room.

It was about £3500 new, and there are currently two-seaters on eBay for £1600 and £1800, which has led us to a guide price of £1850 for a quick sale.
