It's in fair condition overall, some wear and tear as you'd expect.
The sofa opens up to a king-sized bed, really handy for extra sleeping space.
Comfy seating for three, practical for any living room or spare room.
Some sun discolouration and marks. The bolts inside have worn away at the wood so some wooden panels added to extend its life. Comes disassembled with all bolts/washers/feet/allen keys/spanner and instructions for assembly.
