Description
Real leather in rich, dark green. Condition of the sofa body good (no tears). Both seat cushions have tears, which we’ve covered with additional rug when in use (to hide these tears).
Four feet have soft felt patches, for protection of wooden floors. All feet fix firmly into the base of the sofa.

Width - 190cm.
LOCATION: Willesden Green, NW2 5JN.
ACCESS: Ground floor. Parking available directly opposite front door. Sofa is approximately 30m from any pick up.
ASSISTANCE: 1x person available to assist anyone picking up the item, the person picking up the item will be required to also carry the sofa into any vehicle.
