A solid birch futon sofa bed, perfect for a spare room or living area.
It is quite durable and you can also very easily arrange the flexibility of the frame. It is very easy navigate.
I have only had it for about a year (bought it in May 2025).

It comes with a comfortable green mattress that's in good, clean condition. Except for that one photo of my partner when he first built the mattress, I have always put covers/blankets on top to protect it. Furthermore, the cover is very thick and it can be easily stripped down and washed if it may make you feel more comfortable to use (I certainly understand).

My home is very clean, I tidy nearly everyday with a dyson vacuum cleaner. We are a smoke free and pet free house.

The frame easily converts from a sofa to a bed, showing light wear consistent with use. The frame is also very sturdy. It has two armrests on each side, that are very comfortable to use.

Ideal for guests or as a versatile seating solution. Honestly, a great space to sit. It has a slight tilt that makes if feel like you are being higged by the mattress. Comfortable space to read a book. It is very suitable to sleep on and is comfortable enough. I have used it as both a bed and a sofa.

I am aiming to change the layout of my space, which is also why I am selling it now. I have quite a small flat, and the futon is really impressive, however it takes space, as it is a three seater futon, it is about 6-6.5 feet (1.85-2m) long.

Sadly, I do not drive so I would prefer to have it collected from my home which is right next to Sefton Park.
