Large bespoke sofa 2.6m wide with double sofa bed and side storage & footstool with single pull out bed

Footstool contains a single fold out bed and can be used as a footstool or corner piece of the sofa.
It's sold with the matching scatter cushions as seen in the pictures.

Its a stunning sofa built to the highest specification, by a local supplier, of which details can be provided. Having had this made a few years ago, it's been in a little used reception room and is now sadly no longer needed.

Sofa: 270cm wide x 92cm deep x 84cm high to the top of the backrest
Footstool: 107cm wide x 74cm wide x 48cm high to top of the seat cushion

It is finished in high quality stain resistant J Brown Opulence 12385 FR Gold Chenille polyester 42000 rub test fire resistant upholstery fabric. Trimmings are Troynorth along with individual brass decorative studs.

The fabrics and cushion are in excellent condition, having been little used
