Description

(*Female) Waking Night Support Worker, Gerrards Cross, SL9. £19.80 gross per hour. Rewarding weekend opportunity supporting an 9-year-old girl with cerebral palsy, epilepsy and complex care needs.

Key Information

· Job Title: Waking Night Support Worker

· Pay: £19.80 gross per hour

· Location: Gerrards Cross, SL9

· Hours and Days of Work: Alternating Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, 07:30 PM–07:30 AM

· Essential Experience: Waking night experience. Experience supporting children or young people with SEN / Neurodiversity. PEG feeding. Epilepsy trained.

· Driver Required: No

· Facilities: Fully adapted house. Staff will work from an office room with a laptop and monitor, located in the adjacent room to Elsie’s room.

Elsie, 9, is fun-loving and enjoys swimming, farms, cartoons, shopping and time together. She has cerebral palsy, epilepsy, uses a wheelchair and has a PEG tube.

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will provide attentive overnight support, helping Elsie with her bedtime routine, positioning and epilepsy-related needs while remaining awake and alert throughout the night.

This role would suit an experienced, calm and observant *female Support Worker who is confident supporting children with complex needs and enjoys working as part of a dedicated team within a family home.
