Hours per week:

2 hours per week days and times to be discussed at interview but would prefer a Friday or a weekend day. Mileage at £0.45ppm.

I am looking for someone special who can support me for 6 hours per week.

I have High Anxiety, Depression and ADHD and can become overwhelmed so you will need to be patient and empathetic. I would like support and encouragement to keep my living area clean and tidy and be prompted to manage my personal care needs.

I would like help with shopping and meal prep, I am in recovery from an eating disorder so you will need to sensitive, patient and encouraging of my needs as I can become distressed around meals.

I would benefit from a planned schedule for the week ahead and help to manage paperwork and appointments. Social activities are important to me, and I would like you to support me to access the community.

Duties include:

- Other relevant duties as required

- Administration

- Housekeeping

- Shopping

- Cooking

- Transportation

- Companionship

Candidate qualities:

Additional requirements

Non-smoker preferred or someone willing to refrain from smoking during working hours
