Could you be the next addition to a fantastic PA team supporting a bright, funny and adventurous 29-year-old woman?

She loves being out and about, spending time with family, cooking, planning new adventures and grabbing every opportunity life has to offer. She has epilepsy and cerebral palsy, walks with crutches and occasionally uses a wheelchair and is self propelled, but these are just one part of her story and certainly don't hold her back!

She'd love to continue indoor skiing and disabled water-skiing, so is looking for a positive, enthusiastic team to support her in pursuing her passions, embracing new opportunities and making the most of every adventure life has to offer.

If you're friendly, adaptable and enjoy building genuine connections, this rewarding role offers companionship, fun, personal care support and the chance to make a real difference every day.

Example of hours:

Tuesday - 9am until 2pm - 5 hours

Thursday - 9am until 2pm - 5 hours

Saturday - 1pm until 530pm - 5.5 hours

5.5 hours to be fully flexible due to clients needs, want and events.

First aid training, particularly in post-seizure care, and experience supporting people with epilepsy or cerebral palsy would be beneficial. However, training and guidance can be provided for the right person.

- Medication prompting/administering

- Personal grooming

- Moving and handling

- Clinical tasks

- Other relevant duties as required

- Housekeeping

- Shopping

- Cooking

- Transportation

- Companionship

- Dressing / undressing

- Bathroom assistance

Candidate qualities:

- Respectful of the employer's privacy and confidentiality

- Reliable with good timekeeping

- Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative

- Hygienic, tidy and well organised

- Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties

- Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills

- Honest and cheerful

- Creative

- Able to speak and read English to a reasonable standard

- Able to always work to high standards of health & safety

Additional requirements

Non-smoker preferred or someone willing to refrain from smoking during working hours, Vulnerable to the risk of infection and disease transmission
