We’re on the lookout for additional PAs to join a fabulous team supporting a bright, bubbly, and social 18-year-old who lives life to the fullest! She has quadriplegic cerebral palsy, learning difficulties, visual impairments, and uses a wheelchair full-time—but none of that stops her from enjoying everything life has to offer.

She lives at home with her mum, dad, brother, and their family dog. She thrives on being out and about—whether it's shopping trips, grabbing lunch, being with friends, going ice skating, seeing shows at the theatre, or listening to her favourite music. If you're someone who loves people, laughter, and spontaneous adventures, you’ll fit right in!

Your role will be to support her with everyday tasks like personal care, eating and drinking, and helping her get out and about in the local community. You’ll also be accompanying her to clubs and activities she loves. Some days you’ll work alongside other PAs or family members, and other times you’ll be one-on-one—so flexibility and teamwork are key!

We’re looking for confident, energetic, and outgoing individuals who bring good vibes and positivity. A great sense of humour and a big heart are essential! You must be a driver and comfortable driving her wheelchair-accessible vehicle.

Duties include:

- Medication prompting/administering

- Eating and drinking assistance

- Moving and handling

- Other relevant duties as required

- Transportation

- Companionship

- Dressing / undressing

- Bathroom assistance

- Personal care

Candidate qualities:
