Hours per week:

10 hours night-shift - Tuesday night and Thursday night available (some sleep possible but with regular waking intervals)

Tues & Fri evenings - 4 hours - 5pm to 9pm

Hourly pay rate:

Employed £17.35 / Self-employed £22.55

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Personal Assistant to support a young woman with a learning disability, autism, and complex emotional needs, who may display behaviours that challenge.

If you are enthusiastic, motivated and are interested in working within a family home with a young woman who is amazing and who has a learning disability, autism, complex emotional needs and can display behaviours that challenge, we would like to hear from you.

You will be required to carry out duties involving supporting a young person and with all aspects of her daily life including personal care and accessing her local community.

As a valued member of the team, we will provide you with the necessary training to ensure you are adequately prepared for the challenges of your role (includes some physical aggression) and given support and guidance.

The successful candidate will be caring, reliable, have a degree of fitness but most of committed to delivering the highest possible standard of care. Females only.

Roadworthy car required to travel to work and for trips out.

Duties include:

- Supporting a young person and with all aspects of her daily life including personal care and accessing her local community.

- Following a Positive Behaviour Support plan, to improve the quality of life for the young person.

Candidate qualities:

- Able to both follow instructions and work on own initiative

- Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties
