Skoda Octavia Estate Scout mk2/1Z5 - No MOT, for spares/repair

'61 plate Octavia Estate Scout (4x4). Has been parked up since the MOT expired at the end of August, with just a few short distance shuffles/engine runs to keep the battery charged and stop the brakes from seizing. Was being used daily up until the MOT expiry.

Car is far from perfect but ran solidly when I was using it. I think it would require some work to pass an MOT but could be a bargain if you can do the work yourself or only want to use it offroad. Equally, some parts in good condition so could be stripped and sold as components, or used to repair another Octavia.

Very slow oil leak from the turbo. Passenger front shock absorber has an oil leak. Rust in places that may or may not need sorting - bottom of the front passenger door (see picture), sills on both sides, rear spring arms on both sides.

On the cosmetic side, there are a few scratches, a crack in the drivers side rear light cluster and the trim below the filler gap is slightly bent (see photos). Alloys are not in good visual condition, although tires are.

No Tax or MOT so no test drives possible I'm afraid, and can only be driven to get to a booked MOT. Car can be started and moved around on drive to confirm engine/brakes/gearbox etc. working.

This is a private sale, so sold as seen. Reason for not sorting MOT/sale is because I am going to replace this one with an electric. I can be fairly flexible with viewing times if you are interested.
