Warranty:
At T J Car Sales, as well as offering a relaxed non pushy sales approach we pride ourselves on delivering an excellent aftersales service. All of our cars are prepared to a very high standard. We put the majority of cars through a new MOT and Service if required. But despite our best efforts to ensure your new car is in good health prior to you collecting, it would be impossible for us to guarantee that the car will never develop a fault. We will however pledge to do our best to ensure you receive the best service and care should a problem occur. In order to facilitate this we are pleased to be offering our own Personal Extended Warranty.
Why our own Personal Extended Warranty?
We have all heard of the warranty that is not worth the paper it is written on and after years of frustration to make claims with insurance backed warranty providers only for them to wriggle out of the claim using small print jargon, we decided to look for a different approach.
The main difference is that for every warranty sold we put the money in a separate ‘pot’. So unlike conventional warranty providers, when deciding if a claim is eligible, the money is already in place to authorise a claim if needed. This makes for a very black & white warranty and it shows in the lack of small print!
No 'faceless' warranty companies to deal with
Simple claims process – NO approval forms. Simply book the car in with our service department
Courtesy car if your vehicle is in for longer than 48 hours (subject to availability)
No excess to pay!
You are not expected to pay for the repair and then be put through a lengthy reimbursement process
