I’m offering a unique long-term opportunity for someone who wants free accommodation, extremely low living costs, and the chance to work alongside me on property renovations, buying and selling, and social media content creation.

You will receive a furnished 2-bedroom terrace house to live in, and all you pay is £165 every 30 days in advance (which works out at just £5.50 per day) to cover all household bills.

In return, I’m looking for someone who can help me with:
• Renovation & improvement works on the property you will be living in
• Renovation work at my other house located 1 mile away
• General labouring, DIY, painting, clearing, lifting and basic manual tasks
• Helping to create social media content for TikTok and other platforms and building up a following
• Assisting with selling second-hand items, listing online, etc.

You will receive a percentage of every penny we make together,

💷 Potential Bonus Payment (minimum of £7,500 and upto £15,000+) To the right person, I am offering an additional incentive:
When I sell one of my houses in approximately 6 months, you will receive 5% of the equity in return for your hard work and time to help me achieve the end result.

This is not guaranteed and will depend on commitment, reliability, work ethic and overall contribution — but the offer is real and available for the right person.

• A vehicle for daily use

👨‍🔧 Who I’m Looking For

The ideal person will be:
• Experienced in construction / DIY / labouring but this is not essential aslong as you are OR genuinely keen to learn
• Not afraid of manual work / lifting / getting hands-on
• Reliable, honest, motivated and respectful
• Able to work independently when needed
• Interested in long-term opportunities and building something meaningful
• Friendly and easy to get along with
• Preferably social-media-savvy (optional but a big bonus)

Experience in any of the following is helpful but not essential:
Carpentry, painting, plastering, tiling, gardening, basic electrics/plumbing, demolition, cleaning, organising, general labouring, filming/editing content.
