'X Rocker' High sleeper bed with gaming desk and chair

The 'X Rocker Battle High Sleeper Gaming Bed' combines sleeping space with a gaming area below. Designed for young gamers to maximise limited bedroom space without compromising setup, the high sleeper raises the single bed, freeing room for a full gaming desk underneath.
It is in good condition, minor signs of wear from normal use (See photo of where the chair has bumped against the desk), but everything is fully functional. Suitable for ages 8 with a maximum user weight of 100kg.
The bed frame is sturdy metal, metal slat base, ladder in a fixed position. The frame must be secured to the wall with provided brackets for stability and safety. A 31cm safety rail runs along the bed edge to prevent falls. Mattress for the bed is included (if it is wanted, otherwise we can dispose of that) We also have two bedding sets - Spiderman and Batman if wanted. (no extra cost)
The desk fits multiple monitors and accessories, it offers plenty of space - can actually seat two people if needed. Upper shelving displays collectables, stores games, or organises files. Base desk could hold a computer. Additional free storage space then available under the desk if needed without compromising leg space.
The black metal finish suits gaming setups and modern bedrooms. There are other lesser versions of this bed, this is the one that has all the shelves and large desk- can be seen on Argos website £540, We have obviously done the hard work in putting it together! We will have to take it apart to some degree to get it out of the house. Original instructions, tools and spare screws included.
Matching gaming chair is adjustable, very comfortable, the chair was £100 new.
We also have some bedroom curtians that match - black with red and blue playstation on them. These could be included at no extra cost.
You may need a van to collect these items. Self-assembly required; two people recommended.
