I have been a professional working performer for 15 years which has taken me all over the world. I started teaching privately in 2013 and have taught countless students (children and adults during that time.) I love using the skills and experiences I've gained and placing that knowledge into my teaching.
I am a professional vocalist working in the industry who also works as the Youth Programme Lead at The Mayflower Theatre & Mayflower Studios in Southampton.

If you are Hampshire UK based I will travel to your location for lessons so that's something we can arrange. If you aren't local to me it's lessons online only. I have been teaching successfully online for 5 years.

Katie is such a professional not only in her teaching and knowledge of music but also her communication and flexibility. My daughter has been with Katie for a few months and has come along way in her singing and always gets upset with time is up! Thank you for everything Katie

Katie is very approachable and has a kindness when teaching. Betty who was apprehensive at first soon felt at ease with the help from Katie. She has been utterly brilliant with building Betty’s confidence with her vocals and assisting in trying new strategies to help support her pitch. I would definitely recommend Katie with her warm personality to anyone. Such a wonderful lady.

Katie has been a fantastic singing mentor for our 12-year-old daughter over the past couple of months. Her professionalism sets a high standard, and she brings a friendly, approachable attitude that puts our daughter at ease from the first session. Katie offers a wide range of songs, which keeps lessons exciting and helps our daughter explore different styles with confidence. We feel incredibly lucky to have found her. Katie is also very flexible accommodating our fortnightly lessons which works well for us; and there is no requirement to do weekly sessions making it much more affordable without compromising quality. We highly recommended Katie for any singer looking to grow in a supportive, professional environment.

Katie has thought both my daughters (now 16 and 13) for more than 5 years. She has taken them through several Lamda Musical theatre exam grades with merits or distinctions. More importantly the girls don't want another teacher, as Katie is always kind, funny, professional and teaches them exactly the way they like. She has the patience and is always prepared for her lessons with the girls. Can highly recommend!
