Description
HP ProLiant MicroServer Gen8, it's in perfect working order and has been well-maintained.
It's a compact server, perfect for a home lab or small business, and comes with a power cable.
Upgraded RAM to 16GB (2x 8GB) and the stock Celeron G1610T CPU has been upgraded to the Intel E3-1265 V2 dual core for more power. Including the original CPU separately.
Has four x "hot plug" easy to install 3.5" SATA HDD slots and 1x micro SD card slot for the OS. Drives not included. (I have 4x Seagate Barracuda drives totalling 6TB I may sell separately if interested... just in the process of migrating the data but chances are you'll want to use your own drives anyway.)
Can be used for ESXi to run multiple VMs (Windows, Linux etc) or as a dedicated OS, media server (great for Plex) or network file server / network attached storage.
