Location: Guildford (Onsite 1-2 days a week)

Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 (depending on experience)

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join a growing Strategic Insights team, helping to shape organisational decision-making through the delivery of high-quality reporting, analytics and business intelligence.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with complex datasets, developing meaningful dashboards and providing insight that drives operational and strategic improvements. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, translating data into actionable recommendations and supporting long-term planning through advanced analytics and predictive modelling.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.Analyse complex operational and performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.Produce strategic insight reports and recommendations for senior leadership teams.Work collaboratively with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and identify new sources of valuable business data.Support the development of demand modelling, forecasting and predictive analytics capabilities.Create compelling visualisations and management information to support decision making.Contribute to business planning activities and organisational performance reporting.Develop and maintain analytical solutions using Python or R.Present findings, trends and recommendations to senior stakeholders and strategic boards.Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas where data can drive efficiency and service improvements.About You

You will be comfortable working with senior stakeholders, challenging assumptions, and presenting findings in a way that supports informed decision-making.

Essential Experience

Experience working within data / BI analysisStrong Power BI development and dashboard creation experience.Advanced data analysis and interpretation skills.Experience working with large, complex datasets.Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements-gathering experience.Excellent report writing and presentation skills.Experience producing strategic insight and performance reporting.Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
