Trainee Project Administrator Your new company

Hays are working in conjunction with a growing business based in Telford who are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Support / Projects Trainee to join our Projects Department. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced environment while gaining hands-on experience in project coordination and customer engagement.

Your new role

In your role your responsibilities will include: Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation and folders in line with company procedures.

Support internal production meetings and track follow-up actions.

Communicate with customers regarding project requirements, including technical drawings, samples, and shipping details.

Manage inbound production test samples and coordinate sample storage and distribution.

Liaise with internal departments including Engineering, Production, and Service.

Collaborate with Customer Experience teams to enhance service delivery.

Escalate issues and complaints appropriately.

Maintain strong customer relationships.

Adhere to the company's Quality Management System (QMS) at all times.

Perform additional duties within skill and competence range as required.
