The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative and business support to a nationally delivered programme.

This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple priorities, and supporting senior stakeholders. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the programme while helping to maintain effective governance, communication, and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality administrative support across a busy programme teamManage diaries, coordinate meetings, and schedule activities involving multiple stakeholdersPrepare meeting packs, agendas, action logs, and take accurate meeting minutesAct as a first point of contact for internal and external enquiriesMaintain records, databases, trackers, and programme documentationPrepare and format reports, presentations, and correspondenceArrange travel and accommodation bookingsProcess expenses, purchase orders, and supplier administrationSupport reporting, data management, and governance processesIdentify opportunities to improve administrative procedures and ways of working

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Degree-level educationPrevious experience within an administrative, office coordination, or business support roleStrong experience taking minutes and supporting formal meetingsExcellent organisational and prioritisation skillsOutstanding attention to detail and accuracyStrong communication skills with the confidence to liaise with senior stakeholdersAdvanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookExperience using collaboration platforms such as Teams and SharePointThe ability to work independently while contributing as part of a collaborative teamWhat's on Offer?
