We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run dealership in Horsham for the position of Service Administrator / Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated motor trade professional looking to join a friendly and professional team. The Service Administrator / Advisor will play a key role in ensuring smooth aftersales operations within a busy dealership environment.

Managing service bookings and scheduling appointments efficiently as a Service Administrator / AdvisorPreparing accurate job cards and maintaining all service documentation to high standardsProviding administrative support across the service department, including liaising with customersCovering service advisor duties when required, including vehicle updates and customer communicationHandling warranty documentation and assisting with warranty claim processesSupporting parts department activities and stock management where appropriateDelivering high levels of customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction as a Service Administrator / AdvisorContributing to the overall efficiency of aftersales processesRequirements:
