My client is currently looking for a Senior IFA Administrator to join their team in Manchester due to an internal promotion.Responsibilities:

Acting as a trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and supportProcessing new businessEnsuring the appropriate software (iO) is continuously kept up to dateEnsuring client-facing documents are accurate and appropriate for the clientObtaining information from third-party providersSpeaking to clients on the phone and communicating via emailLeverage your investment and pension knowledge to assist with client portfoliosBe involved in creating and implementing a financial strategy to meet the client's financial objectives and circumstancesMaking sure the implementation of solutions is completed accurately and in good timeEnsuring timely processing of transactions and static data updates To succeed in this role you will:

Previous experience in an IFA environmentDisplay enthusiasm, energy and positivityProactively take responsibility for clients' needsHave a good knowledge financial services and productsPride yourself on your organisational skillsBe willing to complete relevant industry qualificationsBe a superior user of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Collaborate well with other teams WHY JOIN US?
