Provide day-to-day management, guidance, and development support to a Personal Assistant. Project & Business Support

Support the coordination and delivery of strategic projects and business initiatives. Monitor actions arising from leadership meetings and ensure timely completion. Assist with the preparation of board reports, management information, and business communications. Contribute to the planning and execution of departmental and business objectives. Significant experience supporting board-level or C-suite executives as a Senior Executive Assistant. Experience within property, real estate, asset management, or a related professional services environment would be highly advantageous. Exceptional diary management and executive gatekeeping skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced business setting.
