Description

A Primary School in Glossop is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a key role within the school, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.Location: Glossop, SK13Contract Type: Temporary for 4 Weeks, Permanent ThereafterHours: 8:30am - 3:30pm Start Date: ASAPSalary: GBP27,088 - GBP29,062 DOEKey Responsibilities:

Provide front-of-house support, welcoming visitors, parents, and pupils in a professional and courteous manner.Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.Maintain accurate pupil records and assist with attendance monitoring.Support the leadership team with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.Assist with school communications, newsletters, and event coordination.Liaise with external agencies and suppliers as required. Requirements:

Previous experience in a school office role is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in the use of school MIS - SIMS, Bromcom, ArborAbility to work independently and as part of a team.A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. Benefits:
