We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our Sales Support Team in a full-time position based at our office in Guildford, Surrey. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for a wide variety of customers, playing a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing customer orders accurately and efficientlyResponding to telephone and email enquiries with professionalism and careHandling a range of administrative tasks to support the wider sales teamProviding excellent service and building strong relationships with trade clientsKey Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service, or hospitality role is desirableStrong communication skills and a confident, friendly telephone mannerExcellent attention to detail and the ability to manage time effectivelyA positive, proactive approach and the ability to thrive under pressureWe are seeking someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to contribute to a close-knit team. Hours are 8.30am to 5pm 1 hour lunch and fully office based.
