Repairs Administrator

Description

Temporary customer service administrator is required for a construction and property company in Warrington. This role is fully office-based, working Monday to Friday, full time. Key Responsibilities:

Handling high volumes of queries relating to repair and maintenance issues across multiple propertiesLogging work orders and scheduling contractorsLiaising between various parties to keep to SLA's and maintain an excellent customer journeyPhone and email queriesUpdating internal systems and Excel spreadsheetsSkills & Experience Required:
