What will you be doing as a Temporary Receptionist?

Meeting and greeting visitors in a friendly and professional mannerAnswering and directing incoming telephone callsDealing with general enquiries and providing excellent customer serviceManaging the reception area and ensuring visitors are looked afterSupporting with general administration where requiredLiaising with colleagues and departments to ensure enquiries are dealt with efficientlyCreating a welcoming and professional first impression for the business

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

Previous Reception, Front of House, Customer Service or Administration experience is preferredA genuine passion for providing first-class customer serviceProfessional and presentable when working in a client-facing environmentExcellent telephone manner and strong communication skillsConfident dealing with a wide range of peopleFriendly, approachable and welcomingWell organised with good attention to detailReliable and adaptable, with the ability to settle quickly into new environmentsGood IT skills and comfortable learning new systems
