Description

Quality Control Administrator - 2 month temp contract - NW London

NW London - Wembley - GBP15 per hour - 40 hours per week

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Quality Control Administrator to the Head Office team of an established retail brand.

Working closely with the Quality Control team and wider business, you'll provide essential administrative support to help ensure our products meet the high standards our customers expect. This is a varied role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, coordinating information and keeping processes running smoothly in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Quality Control team.

Maintain accurate product, quality and compliance records and databases.

Coordinate and track product testing, inspections and quality documentation.

Monitor key deadlines and follow up with internal teams, suppliers and other stakeholders.

Assist with the preparation of quality reports, spreadsheets and management information.

Ensure relevant documentation is complete, accurate and stored correctly.

Support the investigation and recording of quality issues, helping to ensure actions are followed through.

Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to obtain information and resolve queries.

Help maintain and improve Quality Control processes and administrative systems.

Support the wider Quality Control team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

Confident working with spreadsheets, databases and Microsoft Office.

Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

A clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal.

Proactive, reliable and able to work independently.

Comfortable working with detailed information and following established processes.

A team player who enjoys working collaboratively across different departments.

Interested in quality, product standards and the retail environment.

Previous experience in quality control, product administration, retail, buying, merchandising, compliance or supplier management would be advantageous, but isn't essential. What matters most is your organisation, accuracy and willingness to learn.

The rate on offer for this is GBP15 per hour.
