Project Coordinator - Reading Job Details:Location: ReadingContract: Full-time, 6-month contract with potential to extendHours: Monday to Friday with 3 days' remote work (First 2 weeks will be on-site)Basic Rate (PAYE): GBP210 per dayUmbrella Rate (Inside IR35): GBP265 per day
Your New Role:Utilising your full, on-the-job training, the Project Coordinator will be processing Rack, Power, Cable Infrastructure requests to support network equipment installs and recoveries at the client's technical sites. You will use Microsoft Office portfolio, company-bespoke tools and systems to process your daily duties and, when necessary, support your team members with their workload. Review and assess applications and survey documentation to ensure they meet the design standards.
Your primary responsibilities will include:Administrative dutiesManaging and maintaining databases and internal recordsLiaising with stakeholders and internal teamsProducing reportsParticipating in project meetings and conference calls where necessary
What are we looking for?We are seeking candidates with some experience in Project Coordination, with the ability to work independently and utilise a flexible and proactive approach. Successful candidates will have a strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience with database management.
