Processing Operatives - Full-Time - Dingwall

Location : Dingwall, Scotland

Salary : GBP13.60 per hour, increasing to GBP14.10 after 3 months (performance-based)

Job Type : Full-time, Permanent

Hours : Minimum 35 hours per week, with opportunity for overtime (40+ hours)

Transport : Subsidised transport available from Alness, Invergordon & Inverness

Bonus : Eligibility for up to 25% of annual salary

About the Role :

As a Processing Operative, you'll work as part of a team handling fresh salmon and trout. Tasks include:

Feeding the production line

Gutting, washing, and grading fish

Tagging and boxing fish

Chill work (icing, lidding, banding, palletising)

Filleting

What We're Looking For :

Previous experience in food production is preferred but not essential

Strong work ethic and reliability

Ability to work in a physical, manual environment

Good timekeeping and teamwork

Flexibility around shifts and working hours
