Planning Support Administrator

Based in Farnham, Surrey Hybrid Working (3 days in office) 28,000 - 35,000 DOE Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

About the Opportunity

An established and growing wealth management and financial planning business is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Planning Support Administrator to join its Advice Delivery team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships with clients and colleagues. You'll play a key role in supporting advisers and ensuring a seamless client experience throughout the onboarding and servicing journey.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding service and support to clients at all times.Manage client onboarding and ongoing servicing processes efficiently.Build strong working relationships with clients, advisers, paraplanners, and colleagues.Communicate effectively via telephone, email, and other channels.Maintain accurate records and utilise CRM systems effectively.Support continuous process improvement initiatives.Contribute positively to team culture and business projects as required.About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Highly organised and delivery-focused.Experienced in a client-facing administrative role.Ideally experienced within financial planning, wealth management, or financial services.Comfortable using CRM systems and managing multiple priorities.A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.A proactive self-starter who takes ownership of their development.A collaborative team player with a positive attitude. Desirable

Knowledge of investment and financial planning products such as ISAs, GIAs, pensions, and bonds.Experience challenging and improving existing processes. What's on Offer
