The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support a busy professional services team based in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation known for delivering a high standard of service to its clients.

This role will provide comprehensive administrative and PA support to senior professionals, ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing workflows, coordinating schedules, and handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Providing proactive PA support to senior team membersManaging complex diaries, meetings, and scheduling commitmentsActing as a first point of contact and managing inbox correspondencePreparing meeting documentation and distributing materials in advanceCoordinating internal and external meetings, including logistics and technology setupOrganising travel arrangements and related itinerariesManaging incoming and outgoing correspondenceSupporting administrative processes related to client mattersAssisting with financial administration including billing support and report preparationMaintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation is filed correctlySupporting compliance processes and internal administrative requirementsAssisting with business development and event coordination where requiredCollaborating with colleagues to provide team support during busy periods or absencesAbout You

The ideal candidate will have previous Personal Assistant or administrative support experience, ideally within a professional services environment, although this is not essential.

You will also demonstrate:
