Temporary Office Receptionist

16.41 per hour Monday-Friday Free onsite parking

We are looking for a Temporary Office Receptionist to provide front-of-house and facilities support for our client in Maryhill, Glasgow for 5 weeks. You must be available to start on the 14th September and cover until the 16th October.

Monday-Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pmFriday: 8:30am-2:00pm 16.41 per hourFree onsite parking

Duties

Welcoming visitors and providing reception coverManaging meeting roomsArranging taxis, travel and accommodationResearching hotels for conferences and staffProviding general facilities support, including tea, coffee, milk and stationeryLiaising with contractors and cleanersOrdering office supplies via Amazon for both buildingsIssuing security passes to staff and visitorsSupporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office

About You

We're looking for someone who is professional, friendly, organised and proactive, with previous experience in reception, administration, facilities or a similar office-based role. You should be confident dealing with visitors, suppliers and staff at all levels and able to manage a variety of tasks.
