Junior Property Manager (Must have driving licence and own car)

Job Location: Manchester (South)

Salary: Up to 30,000 DOE

Days / Hours: Full time - 9 - 5, 5 Days Per Week (Office Based) Occasional weekends during busy period

Package: Fuel allowance & 25 days holiday

Are you a dynamic, organised, and people-focused professional looking to grow your career in property management? We're seeking a Junior Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of student rental properties in Manchester, one of the UK's most vibrant student cities.

About the Role

As Junior Property Manager, you will be the key point of contact for tenants and contractors. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of student rental properties, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard and tenancies run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of student rental properties across ManchesterConduct regular property inspections and arrange maintenance or repairsCoordinate tenancy check-ins and check-outsManage rent collections, deposit returns, and tenancy agreementsHandle tenant queries and resolve issues promptly and professionallyDealing with enquiries and viewings during the student letting cycleOversee health and safety, fire safety, and compliance across propertiesAbout You

Strong administration and customer service skillsPrevious experience in property management would be an advantageExcellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skillsConfident working independentlyA customer-focused mindset and proactive approachProactive and self motivatedYou care about doing a good job and delivering excellent serviceFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (mileage allowance provided)What We Offer
