Your new role
You will be joining the Regulatory team as an investigative enforcement officer, working to compile evidence and generate to enforce government legislation:
Key Responsibilities
Manage and assess regulatory and compliance cases from initial enquiry through to resolution.Investigate alleged breaches of legislation, policy and regulatory requirements.Review evidence and make informed recommendations based on regulatory frameworks.Support compliance monitoring, audit and inspection activity.Apply enforcement measures and sanctions where appropriate.Interpret legislation, policy and guidance to support decision–making.Provide expert advice and guidance to operational teams and stakeholders.Maintain accurate records and case management documentation.Contribute to the continuous improvement of regulatory processes and compliance outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed
We are keen to hear from candidates who can quickly adapt to a regulatory environment and bring established investigation and enforcement expertise.
You may have experience in:

The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Experience of investigating potential non–compliance or regulatory breaches.Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess evidence objectively.Confidence interpreting legislation, policy and guidance.Sound judgement and decision–making skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.The ability to manage a varied caseload and competing priorities.
