Description

Job Title: HR Administrator

Location: Oxford Circus, London (Hybrid - 3 days in office)

Salary: 14.42 - 15.38

Duration: 6-month minimum

Start Date: 8th June

Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator to support a growing HR function during a period of expansion. Based in Oxford Circus, this role will play a key part in supporting recruitment coordination, onboarding processes, and training administration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding Coordination

Advertise vacancies across relevant platformsCoordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managersAct as a key point of contact for applicants throughout the processPrepare and issue offer lettersManage pre-employment checks (e.g. references, DBS)Coordinate onboarding documentation and ensure timely completionTraining & Development Support

Organise training sessions for new startersCoordinate logistics including travel and accommodation for trainees and trainersMaintain and update training schedules and recordsTrack attendance and ensure training complianceAdministration & Reporting

Maintain accurate onboarding and training trackers (Excel-based)Ensure all HR data is up to date and accurately recordedSupport wider HR and Finance teams with administrative tasks as requiredLiaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth processes

Key Skills & Experience

Previous experience in HR, recruitment, onboarding, or administrative rolesStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent attention to detail, particularly when managing trackers and documentationConfident communicator with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholdersProactive and solutions-focused approachComfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
