Description
Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an enthusiastic Helpdesk Administrator on behalf of a leading company based on the outskirts of Epsom. We are seeking someone who has excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels and have office banter at the same time! You must be a motivated individual with a 'cando' attitude who can work well in within a team.
Duties:
Responsible for planning and managing engineers daily work schedule which will consist of both reactive and preventative maintenanceGeneral Administration Tasks including reviewing reports, filing and ordering parts via the systemFirst line customer assistance - e.g., answering telephone calls & emails handling customers and client's queries.Uploading and allocating documents to online systems ensuring they are up to dateManaging diariesPreparing paperwork for site auditsAssisting with expense forms and holiday/sickness, along with vehicle issues and service bookingsTo be successful you'll possess
Previous experience in a scheduling position would be desirable but not essentialConfident, polite and well manneredIT literateEducated to GCSE level with C's and aboveMust be a driver
