Due to internal progression, our client seek a highly organised and competent Fleet Administrator to work from their prestigious site in Bristol BS5.

Fleet Administrator – Package & Hours:

A starting salary of GBP30,139 per annumMonday to Friday 0800 to 1700 with 1 hour for lunchOther fantastic benefits including Pension, Employee Schemes, Wellbeing Support, Events Perks, Discounts and much more Duties & Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage transport bookings in line with agreed service levels (SLAs)Liaise with end users to schedule deliveries and arrange transport efficientlyMaintain and update the fleet database, ensuring all records are accurate and up to dateSupport all aspects of fleet administration within a fast–paced, collaborative team environmentOversee administrative processes for new vehicle preparation prior to deliveryProvide cover for other administrative roles within the team as required Skills Required:
