Bell Cornwall Recruitment are searching for an experience c-suite Executive Assistant to support a busy chairman of a Birmingham based not for profit organisation.

The role will involve:

Complex calendar and inbox managementIntricate travel and itinerary management (Extensive UK & European)Project Management - taking a lead in many strategic initiativesMeeting management - pre-reads, agenda setting, minutes and action logsEvent management - both staff and client eventsFinancial AnalysisSupport of HR policy draftingSome private / personal support

To be successful in this role you must have proven experience of working as an Executive Assistant / EA - supporting a CEO, Chairman or MD of a large and complex organisation for a sustained period.
