Remote Early Careers Administrator required for a 4-5 week contract Job Title: Early Careers Administrator (4-5 Week Contract)Location: Remote SG1 Contract Type: Temporary Duration: 4-5 weeks Working Pattern: 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday), 7:00 AM - 5:00 PMSalary: GBP12.21 per hour
About the Role:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Early Careers Programme Administrator to support our Early Careers Team during a busy period. This is a short-term contract ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for supporting learning and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:Accurately record Apprenticeship Enrolments and Graduate Programme data into our Training Management System.Provide general administrative support to the Early Careers Team.Respond to internal and external queries ensuring timely and professional communication.Direct queries to the appropriate team members when necessary.
What You'll Bring:Strong PC literacy and confidence using digital systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High level of attention to detail.Previous experience using ticketing systems such as Freshdesk or Zendesk (desirable).Familiarity with Training or Learning Management Systems (desirable).A willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
