AR812 - Depot AdministratorLocation: DunsfoldSalary: GBP26,000 - GBP29,500Overview:First Military Recruitment are currently searching for an Administrator on behalf of one of our clients.Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced office environment. The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for customers, supporting both front-of-house and back-office functions. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks, including handling incoming enquiries, managing data, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.In addition to core administrative duties, the Administrator will provide support to the Service Controller with scheduling, paperwork, and general coordination, and assist the Parts Controller with processing orders, updating records, and liaising with suppliers.The role is ideal for candidates with experience in an engineering, automotive, or technical environment, though all applications will be considered. Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer and manage inbound calls from customers and suppliers in a professional mannerPerform reception duties, including greeting visitors and managing front-desk operationsEnter and maintain accurate data within internal systems and spreadsheetsMonitor and track LOLER certification status across the fleet, ensuring timely renewals and complianceLiaise with engineering teams and external inspectors to coordinate compliance checksAssist with scheduling and general coordination of service appointmentsMaintain and organise digital and paper-based recordsSupport invoicing and purchase order processing, where requiredOrder and manage office supplies, ensuring operational efficiencyProvide general administrative support to internal departments and managersAssist the Service Controller with administrative duties, including job coordination and paperworkSupport the Parts Controller with administrative tasks such as updating parts records and liaising with suppliers Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, ideally within an engineering, automotive, or technical environmentConfident and professional telephone mannerStrong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entryGood understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks in a busy settingFamiliarity with LOLER regulations (advantageous but not essential - training can be provided)Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented attitudeExcellent time management and organisational skillsComfortable working independently and using initiative Location: DunsfoldSalary: GBP26,000 - GBP29,500
