The job role:

* Inputting large volumes of data using bespoke verification software

* Proof‑reading and checking for accuracy to ensure high‑quality output

* Handling incoming calls from members of the public and organisations with professionalism and confidence

* Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive telephone manner

* Supporting the wider team with ad hoc duties to ensure smooth operations

The ideal candidate

* Available immediately

* A self‑motivated individual with a methodical and focused approach

* Someone with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in all tasks

* Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner

* Flexibility to adapt when duties change or priorities shift

* Previous customer service experience would be an advantage, but not essential
