Customer Service Support

Description

We are working with a retailer in South Leeds who are looking for an experienced customer service advisor to support the team on an ongoing, temporary basis. The team need a candidate to join them to gather and cleanse all data on their database. Managing a high volume of customers, the successful candidate will have excellent phone based, customer service experience and be able to manage a high volume of call and issues. The successful candidate will be required until early next year and this will be a fully office based role, key duties will include;

Making outbound calls to customers to gather, verify informationUpdate CRM with all customer details, ensuring missing fields are populatedIdentify any errors and update outdated informationManage and action customer queriesThis is a great, long term opportunity for an experienced customer service temp who can hit the ground running, the successful candidate will have;

Minimum of 12 months customer service experienceStrong and clear communication skills, both verbal and writtenProven phone based, customer care skillsExcellent attention to detailStrong rates of accuracyProficient in all MS Office packagesThis temporary role will start immediately, please submit your CV for review.
