Job Title: Client Relationship Administrator/PA (Financial Services)

Location: Wellington

Salary: Up to GBP33,000 DOE

Hours: Full time 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday 8.45am-5.15pm

The Role: The primary purpose of this role is to provide high-quality administrative support to Financial Consultants, playing a vital part in the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

You will work across a range of financial services teams, gaining broad exposure to different areas of the organisation and developing a strong understanding of the financial planning environment. This varied position offers the opportunity to build valuable experience while supporting advisors in delivering excellent client outcomes.

Key Duties:

Provide a friendly and professional point of contact for clients and enquiries (by phone, email and in person)Organise existing and prospective client meetings and actively manage Financial Consultants diary and workload as requiredLiaise with clients on any administration queries they may haveManage client service needs and client expectations to ensure client satisfactionEnsure action points resulting from client meetings get diarised and dealt withPreparation of meeting packs, to include new business for signing upCompletion, submission and follow up of applications, ensuring new business cases are processed in a timely and compliant mannerOrganise client review meetings as per the company process as requiredPreparation of client valuation reports, client review reports and maintaining client files to satisfy compliance requirementsEnsure follow up letters are sent in a timely mannerMaintenance of client recordsGeneral administrative supportAbout you:

Previous office support experience within a corporate environmentAccuracy and strong attention for detailExcellent organisational and time managementThe ability to work under pressure and prioritiseExcellent communication, both verbal and writtenCompetent IT userA positive and proactive approach to work and a desire to help and support the wider teamCalm and considered outlook in approach to problem solvingThis company is seeking someone who loves to support a team and deliver an exceptional service.
