Business Support Apprentice (Communities Team)
Location: Bemerton Heath Community Centre & Community hubs
Weekly Hours: 37 hour/per week
Salary: National Minimum Wage

Are you looking for a career where no two days are the same?
We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and people-focused Business Administrator Apprentice to join our Communities Team and help make a real difference across our local communities.
You'll gain hands-on experience while studying towards a recognised Level 3 Business Administrator qualification, supporting community projects, events, activities and services that bring people together.
What you will be doing:
Supporting community events and activities Managing bookings and enquiries Working with local groups and residents Helping deliver community projects Creating social media content and promotions Developing admin, communication and customer service skills We are looking for someone who:
Enjoys working with people Is organised and reliable Has good communication skills Is keen to learn new skills Is interested in communities, events and social media Wants to make a positive difference locally What you will gain:
A recognised Level 3 qualification alongside real-world experience across administration, projects, events and communications. Developing valuable skills for careers in business administration, community development, project coordination and more.
Essential Requirements
English and Maths at Grade 4 or above, or equivalent qualification. A full UK driving licence and access to a suitably insured vehicle is essential as the role involves travelling to community venues and events. The role includes setting up community events and activities, which will involve manual handling and transporting equipment and supplies.
