Job Title: Administrator Contract: Permanent Salary: GBP28,000 per annum Location: Solihull (office-based) Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 4:30pm, 35 hours Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, contributory pension schemeInterview dates with our client: Week Commencing 27th April 2026Proposed start date: Monday 4th May 2026 We are working exclusively with our client to recruit an Administrator to join their well-established and highly respected independent financial services business based in Solihull. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a small, friendly team that prides itself on delivering a personalised, client-first service. This role is perfect for someone with a strong administrative background who is organised, proactive, and confident supporting both advisers and clients, and who enjoys working as part of a small, successful independent business.Duties will include:Client & Adviser SupportProviding day-to-day administrative support to a team of financial advisersPreparing client documentation, review packs and correspondenceManaging adviser diaries and scheduling client appointmentsHandling inbound calls and emails, offering a professional and friendly serviceWorking with Providers & New BusinessContacting financial product providers to request valuations, policy information and updatesSubmitting new business applications and tracking progress through to completionProcessing letters of authority and updating internal systems with provider responsesOffice & Compliance AdministrationMaintaining accurate, up-to-date client files in line with FCA compliance requirementsUpdating CRM systems and internal recordsManaging post, scanning, filing and general office administrationAssisting with the preparation of documentation for client review meetings (no paraplanning qualification required)Technology & SystemsUsing Microsoft Office applications confidently, including Word, Excel and OutlookUpdating templates and spreadsheets to support the advisory teamSkills and experience requiredProven experience in an administrative role (financial services desirable but not essential)Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyAbility to plan, prioritise and work independentlyComfortable managing multiple tasks in a small-office environmentProficient in Microsoft Office applications If you are a motivated, organised administrator looking to join a professional and welcoming team, we would love to hear from you.Apply now or contact Tirebuck Recruitment for further information.
