Administrative Assistant Your new company

A technology businessbased in London is recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join theirMergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Technical Team on a temporary basis. Theposition is initially offered on a rolling month to month contract. The role isfull-time, Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, with a hybrid working model, fourdays in the office and one day working from home (Fridays).

Your new role

You will providededicated administrative support to the M&A Technical Team, ensuring smoothcoordination of meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.This role plays a key part in enabling collaboration between internal teams andexternal partners, while managing the logistical and operational aspects ofongoing merger and integration projects. Responsibilities include calendar anddiary management, preparing agendas and minutes, coordinating cross-functionalsessions, and supporting expense tracking and purchase orders. You will alsoassist with project timelines, travel planning, and general administrativeduties across the IT and M&A teams.

What you'll need to succeed
