Seat Leon FR 170 2.0 tdi 5door Red

Purchased in January locally.

Poor health and lack of use is the reason for the sale,

I've hardly driven it all year and it's been parked up and SORN for the last month as i've not been able to drive.

Soon after I purchased it I had to have maintenance carried out which included:

New cambelt and water pump fitted with new coolant.
New aux belt and auxbelt tensioner
A major service with premium Mahle filters and premium engine oil, filters replaced include diesel fuel filter, air filter, oil filter and cabin pollen filter.
A new alternator clutched multi V pulley.
New battery
The brakes were checked and deemed fine.
All work listed was carried out in the spring of this year and I've driven it maybe 1k miles since.

Being the sporty FR model you get sport seats, chunky steering wheel and gear knob, firmer suspension and 18 inch alloy wheels.

It's nearly 20 years old and the bodywork has some laquer peel here and there, but otherwise it's in good condition.

It had a new MOT when I brought it so MOT due in January 2026

It's a good reliable 5 door hot hatch which is nippy and gives great mpg
Has auto lights, auto wipers, cruise control, touch screen double din headunit with bluetooth. lots of service history and paperwork, 2 keys, v5/logbook in my name.

It's a genuine honest car and ive had expensive maintenance done.

It owes me more than I'm advertising it for but my situation lends me to knowing I won't get the use out of it.

Im selling it for cash/bank transfer only - i am not interested in swaps!


I feel the price is fair and justified. I will wriggle/haggle a small amount on the price but dont think youll come and buy it for peanuts. Its not in my way so im not rushing to sell it.
